We can now exclusively offer full front inner wings for your Discovery for a fraction of the cost of the old and long obsolete Land Rover item.
The inner wings are made from precision cut and folded heavy duty zintec coated 18s gage steel.This far exceeds the original Land Rover spec. All the inner wings are hand jigged and welded, then bolted into place on our test vehicle to ensure they fit like all ''EASY ON'' panels, exactly as they should.

We have honed down the sill repair panel to its most efficient form. This simple kit made from 18s gauge coated sections will repair both the inner and outer sills.

INNER SILL KITS.

 DISCOVERY 1 FULL  HEAVY DUTY INNER SILLS.

The main sill section is made from 3mm plate (normally 1.5mm) with heavy duty body mounts.
they are supplied in blank, unpainted, component form consisting of body to chassis mounts, reinforcing bracket and seatbelt mount.

Simply cut off the old inner sill then bolt the body mounts to the chassis outriggers, lift the sill plate into position and weld into place.

This system allows the fitment of an inner sill without the necessity of removing the whole outer sill

REAR BODY CROSS MEMBER.
CHASSIS MOUNTING REPAIR BOOT.
If your rear cross member is corroded around the chassis mounting points which is often the case
then our repair boot could be the simple answer.
Replacing the mounting is notoriously difficult and not always necessary.
The inner section of the existing mount is made of heavy section steel, this normally remains intact.
The corrosion usually occurs in the thin steel at the side and around the mount.
These heavy 1.50 mm gauge steel coated sections simply slip over the chassis mount and weld into place.
Super fast to fit with minimal strip down.
These sections fit exactly were they are needed.

However if things have progressed further and the mounting has gone,
then this combination can make an effective, strong repair.
Cut out and weld the new body mount then simply slip over the repair boot
forming a sandwich and weld into place.

The inner arch is a heavy duty panel designed to put the strength back around the seat belt anchor point.
This section is made from coated 18s gauge or 1.2mm steel, rolled to the correct contour, to this we have welded a 2mm reinforcing plate which holds the captivated nut for the seat belt anchor. Super fast to fit with minimal strip down.

This 2 part kit includes the outer arch made of pressed steel  (note we do not manufacture the outer pressing it is in a lighter gage steel and we only supply this panel as part of the 2 piece kit) with our inner arch repair.

FOOT WELL REPAIR

####This is our best attempt at this tricky repair panel#####.

Made from 1.20mm gauge zintec coated steel.

This panel closely follows the unusual shape and sloping contour of the front foot well.

Depending on your model the side panel usually requires further cutting

So a little more cutting and bashing with this one !!! but with a little effort these make a good solid repair.

Universal, heavy duty, rear chassis repair plates.

For Range Rover Classic 2 or 4 door, Discovery 1 and 2 all models.

Inner, outer and bottom section all lazer cut from 2mm cold rolled steel plate.
 either use to patch between the various brackets or remove the brackets
 carry out your repair then re attach. The choice is yours.  

They repair from the rear spring hangers to the back of the chassis.
