''EASY ON'' INNER ARCH fIG 1
The inner arch is a heavy duty panel designed to put
the strength back around the seat belt anchor point.
This section is made from coated
18s gauge or 1.2mm steel,
rolled to the correct contour, to this we have welded a
2mm reinforcing plate which holds the captivated nut for the seat belt anchor.
Super
fast to fit with minimal strip down.
These sections fit exactly were they are needed.
Will fit all Range Rover Classic and all Disco 1s,.
OUTER ARCH FIG 2.
manufacture the outer pressing it is in a lighter gage steel and
we only supply this panel as part of the 2 piece kit) with our inner arch repair.
LOWER REAR WHEEL ARCH REPAIR PLATE fig 3 and 4.
These heavy duty 16s gauge zintec
coated plates are cleverly designed to repair the corrosion at the back of the sill
where the chassis mount and the wheel arch come together A notoriously tricky plate
to fabricate our panel with its weld through aperture allows you to
pull together
the sill, wheel arch and chassis mount giving a strong lasting repair.
Super fast
to fit with minimal strip down.
Universal will fit 4 door Range Rover Classic and
all Disco 1 and 2’s.
REAR WHEEL ARCH PLATE. FIG 5 AND 6
These panels fit the rear of the wheel arch, the section between the mud flap bracket and the 'c' post.

Ensure your repair lasts
use FERTAN on all rusty
areas before you weld in our replacement panels,
to ensure all rust under and around the repair is killed permanently.
Seal around
your repair with POLYFLEX over paintable, moisture curing, polyurathane sealant.
Overpaint sealant repair and surrounding area with BESAVAL no primer, gloss black
paint.
Spray or brush TETRA SHUTZ underseal to underbody areas.
Overspray all when
dry and spray into cavities with
WAX SEAL.
