Ensure your repair lasts
use FERTAN on all rusty
areas before you weld in our replacement panels,
to ensure all rust under and around the repair is killed permanently.
Seal around
your repair with POLYFLEX over paintable, moisture curing, polyurathane sealant.
Overpaint sealant repair and surrounding area with BESAVAL no primer, gloss black
paint.
Spray or brush TETRA SHUTZ underseal to underbody areas.
Overspray all when
dry and spray into cavities with
WAX SEAL.

The main sill section is made from 3mm plate (normally 1.5mm) with heavy
duty body mounts.
they are supplied in blank, unpainted, component form consisting
of body to chassis mounts, reinforcing bracket and seatbelt mount.
Simply cut of the old inner sill then bolt the body mounts to the chassis outriggers,
lift the sill plate into position and weld into place.
This system allows the fitment
of an inner sill without the necessity of removing the whole outer sill

This kit is designed to replace the entire inner
sill and repair the outer sill with the absolute minimum effort.
The kit consists
of 2 x body mounting bush sets, *1 x sill to floor bracket *, 1 x seat belt anchor
point, 2 x body mount brackets, 1 x lower wheel arch to sill plate, 1 x foot well
support and sill end cap,1 x 4 door outer sill special including the door seal retaining
strip, 1 x ‘A’ post repair boot 1 X ‘B’ post repair boot and 10 X plastic sill fixings.
