FRONT INNER WINGS.
Brought back into production by us.....the nice people's at EASY ON PANELS We can now exclusively offer full front inner wings for your Discovery or Range Rover Classic for a fraction of the cost of the old and long obsolete Land Rover item. In addition to the various formats we produce, there is also a fully bolt on item as used on the early Range Rover classics, now modified by us to fit Discoveries and Classics. These require no welding . So for the price of a few hours paid to weld patches on your inner wing you can simply remove the old and bolt on the new. Job done, permanently.
The inner wings are made from precision cut and folded heavy duty zintec coated 18s gage steel. This far exceeds the original Land Rover spec.
All the inner wings are hand jigged and welded, then bolted into place on our test vehicle to ensure they fit like all Easy on panels, exactly as they should.

This is the base kit. simply drill out the spot welds to release the old inner wing from the bonnet slam panel and the bulk head. Slide the new section into place and re attach.

Discovery inner wing. This inner wing is not welded but comprises all the components for the self-assembly of our KIT B version. Early Discoveries ie 200 tdi's or vehicles from 89/93 the head lamp boxes will require some mods, usually parts salvageable from your old panel.
Inner wings are supplied as universal blanks requiring holes to be drilled to enable the mounting of various ancillary items.
The Discovery inner wings only cater for 300 tdi air intakes, all other Discovery intakes will have to be cut out.
The battery retaining devices are varied, these must be retained and re-fitted from your old panel.
