The following section, in conjunction with our privacy page and delivery page forms our company policy. Before submitting an order we recommend that you read and understand these policies. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with Froggatts Range Rover sales ltd and you may be bound by the terms described herein.

Prices
All prices quoted online are shown both including and excluding UK VAT where applicable. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.
Delivery
Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity. If an item is not in stock it may be necessary to order that item from one of our suppliers before it can be dispatched. In which case delivery can be delayed. If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you to inform of the delay, or to see if an alternative item would be suitable.
Hand built items
We will indicate the lead time when we receive you order or you can call or email to check beforehand.
Payment
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards excluding Amex. Bank transfer… please request our banking details. From overseas payments by bank transfer or via Stripe online card payment request.
Most online credit card transactions are processed through Stripe. This is one of the largest payment gateways. we do not collect or have access to your credit card details. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently.
Returns
You are free to return goods unused for a period of 14 days after delivery. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless a warranty claim will be entered into. Items that are hand built to order may not be returned unless faulty. Items that are sent and received as per the description will have the original cost of postage deducted and return postage must be paid for by the customer.
All goods should be returned packed to the same standard as when received, to avoid damage in transit.

We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. Some images show a generic photo of a part please read the description to confirm the listing is left or right hand.

All product descriptions are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Manufacturer and Land Rover part numbers are used for identification purposes only and do not imply or indicate the identity of the manufacturer.
Complaints
We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again. We will make every effort to rectify genuine problems as expediently as possible.
