Then continuing with the rebuild……

Repairs to the bulk head. Only the top section was corroded and after 40 years remarkably this was the only part of the body shell that required replacement. We wanted to retain the bulk head, this is heavily modified to allow for the V8’s extra size and is fixed to the chassis by 4 tubes that form the front cage.
